1. Introduction Internet is an important component in the development of real estate, and plays a key role in fierce on-line real estate sites competition. The concepts of customer-service are central to the success of on-line real estate companies. Existing research recognizes the critical role played by customer-service. Customer service in the real estate business is evolutionary, rather than revolutionary. One step forward is the simple realization that your current customers are potential gold-plated, low-cost ambassadors-the bottom-line lifeblood of your company.
